Delta Hotels Montreal

I stayed for a week at Delta Montreal and had a very good experience. Marie-Josée (MJ) and her team keep things running smoothly — they were attentive and efficient throughout my stay, and their warm hospitality really stood out. The rooms are slightly dated, but they are large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were very clean and made for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the large balcony with good views of the city, which made the room feel even more spacious and enjoyable. Marriott Platinum and above members get free breakfast: weekdays in the lounge and weekends in the restaurant. A nice touch was seeing Fairmont Bagels offered at breakfast in both spots. The hotel is dog-friendly, and our pet was welcomed with a toy and treat in the room. There’s also a convenient mulch area at the Sherbrooke Street exit for dogs. That back entrance (accessible with your room key on level P) opens directly onto Sherbrooke Street, right next to McGill’s Campus 1 and La Citadelle residences, which is handy if you’re visiting students. The Brasserie Milton restaurant was excellent. We tried the lamb rack, filet mignon, seafood linguine, tiramisu, chocolate mousse, and tarte tatin — all were very good. Overall, this hotel offers solid service, good food, and thoughtful amenities. MJ and her team more than make up for the slightly dated rooms with their hospitality. I’d recommend it for anyone visiting Montreal, especially families or those with pets.

The hotel caters to parents which was a plus for us. MJ was hospitable and went above and beyond for us. They had a scavenger hunt for the kids during Christmas time (ex: decorate cookies, watch a movie with hot chocolate, etc) and you get a prize when you complete the activities. It made Christmas magical for my kids!

We came on a very busy sold out type of weekend and were met with the most kind and caring hospitality. Darrin took exceptional care and ensured we had everything we needed. We also met Marie-Josie during breakfast on our 2nd day and were met with the same kindness as she gave us some tips for the rest of our time in Montreal. I must speak highly of them as they really were the sweetest. It was our first time in Montreal. I loved being there. Thank you to a wonderful team.

Recently stayed for 2 nights at this Delta. Nice hotel in a very convenient location. I was upgraded to the club level room given my status. Overall the stay was nice and the room was a good size, but the carpet was clearly old and it was actually sticking up (see photo). Other than that, no complaints.

Darrin at the front desk saved my vacation! We had a nightmare Airbnb situation and had to find somewhere to stay with our dog. Darrin made sure we had a good place to stay and gave us a great rate for the long weekend. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a great location downtown, right by the Metro. Highly recommend.

Stayed multiple times at Delta Hotels Montreal. The location is excellent — close to downtown attractions and easy to get around. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable, and the staff consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel offers good amenities like fitness facilities and dining options, making it convenient for both business and leisure stays. Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above elite members also enjoy access to the Club Lounge, which adds extra value with complimentary breakfast, snacks, and beverages. Overall, a reliable choice in Montreal that I’d recommend.

Stayed at the Delta Montréal for a short work trip. The hotel is well located and made getting around the city easy. My room was clean, well kept, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only slight downside was that the in-room air unit was quite loud, which was a bit distracting. Overall, a solid choice for business travel and I’d stay again.

A wonderful Delta and Marriott Hotel in downtown Montreal. Have stayed here many times on business and pleasure and was never disappointed with this wonderful hotel. I’m a very proud Bonvoy Marriott member and only stay at these fine establishments!
